All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped & in Custom Manufacture Products Case , Processed or Processing . If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 6 working hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for ordered products if:
- You receive the Faulty item
- But you must return the item to the seller at your Expense( Which is Non-refundable ) along with all the original accessories & the item must be Unused.(After receiving the item , it will be inspected first and if you receive a refund the cost of Return shipping and or Refund Charges will be deducted from your Refund.)
- Nominal Refund Charges will be Applied to all the Refunds.
- Some Items Like (Guns-Guns Related Accessories & Parts like – Scopes, Mounts, Grips, Sights & Etc.) are Not Accepted or Restricted or Prohibited to enter by some Countries like India, Lebanon & Many more . It is your responsibility to check that before placing the order. If you do not checked properly-In that case Refund will not be Initiated.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control for e.g. —-↓
- Providing the wrong shipping address.
- Selecting the wrong product.
- Selecting the wrong product description.
- Providing the wrong product description.
- Product/package/courier/parcel not received or picked-up by the buyer for any reason &
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control for e.g. —-↓
- Not Cleared by Customs For any Possible Reasons
- Delayed by a Natural Disaster.
- Delayed by the shipping authorities or Mishandled by the shipping authorities.
- Ordered Product Tracking not made available by the shipping authorities or
- Ordered Product Tracking not made available by the shipping authorities after the Ordered Product Crosses its Country of Origin & Enters the Buyer’s Country.
*You can submit refund requests within 3 days for non domestic orders after the period for delivery (60 days–Not including 2-10 day processing time) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page. &
*You can submit refund requests within 3 days for domestic orders after receiving your shipment/product/package/parcel.

1: We Check & We do Inspection of all the items before processing and packaging and we are not responsible for any external damage caused during the Transit Period or during the shipping period or by the shipping Handlers / Mishandled by the shipping authorities. And No Refund will be initiated in such condition.
2: All the Orders with Free-Shipping May or May-not Include the Tracking ID & Tracking Data. For both Domestic & International Orders. Please make sure before Purchasing. And no Refund will be initiated in such condition.
3: Some items are Not-Accepted or Restricted to enter by some Countries. It is your responsibility to check that before placing the order & No Refund will be initiated in such condition.
4: We Do Not take any Responsibility for Custom clearance and we do not promise to provide CUSTOM CLEARANCE. We are not responsible for any custom fees or custom hold for any possible reason.
